ONE Historic

Updated: Jan 12, 2021

When we have clients who ask for venue recommendations, we always start by asking what they’re looking for from the building itself. What feel or vibe do you want the guests to be talking about as they drive home after the wedding? Do you want a space that speaks for itself, or do you want to have a space enhanced with draping and lighting? Nine times out of ten, Cannery makes it onto my list of suggested venues to tour because of its simultaneous innate charm and vibe flexibility. Depending on size, we either recommend ONE Historic or The Ballroom. Both are amazing and check most of the boxes couples have.

Because Cannery has multiple unique spaces, it’s hard to focus on just one. But we just can’t get over the intimacy of ONE Historic. The space is large enough for up to 200 guests, but also is a perfect rectangle, meaning there’s not a bad seat in the house. There are endless options for floor plans, and the space is gorgeous as-is, or it can be elevated by adding drapery throughout. Just add mood lighting and you’ve got the vibe of all vibes! This doesn’t even touch on their location, which may be the best part! Being walking distance from some of the best downtown hotels and Broadway bars makes it easy for guests to have an unforgettable after party!
